I would like to thank the staff at TownePlace Suites Anaheim. I had reserved an accessible room for a member of our party who is mobility-impaired. Although this request was shown as guaranteed on the reservation confirmation, an accessible room was not available. However, the staff, notably Fern and Sally, arranged for an extra room at no cost, which was a great help.

Hello- My family and I truly enjoyed the location and amenities of your hotel on our visit to Disney. We were pleased with how clean the property was and how friendly the staff was.
The cherry on the top of our stay was finding out first hand how trustworthy your staff was. I left my wallet behind in my room after checkout containing $135, credit cards and my drivers license. In most hotels I would not of expected to be reunited with my wallet, especially with my money. When you called me to come get my wallet and I found out all the contents were still there I was so impressed. Thank you so much TownePlace Suites by Marriott staff, you ROCK!

Thank you for your kind follow up – I had taken your business card from the Anaheim TownePlace Suites lobby to write to you to thank you for an excellent hotel experience, but you saved me time with your email! Our room was always cleaned well, and in a timely manner. The complimentary breakfast was the best – always well-stocked, clean and included a wide variety of fresh and tasty items. The food quality and choices were all excellent – and truly exceeded expectations. The lobby was clean and quiet and we appreciated the complimentary Internet service, computer and printer as well as newspaper. Parking was always available close to our room. All hotel amenities, both in the room and lobby, were well stocked, clean and of good quality.
Again, thank you very much for creating a very comfortable hotel stay.

I am in sales and spend a lot of time on the road in hotels. You have the most gracious, courteous, helpful, staff that we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. “Great place to stay with a group of friends” - Feb 1, 2011
I worked with the sales department to reserve a block of rooms for a family event nearby. The Marriott did not disappoint! The blocked rooms had competitive rates, and were all located near each other. The kitchens in the rooms were an extra bonus, and allowed for socializing later after our event. The best part about the stay was the attention received from the staff -- from the sales dept to the front desk, everyone was friendly and we felt we received individual attention to our needs. A birthday was being celebrated, and a gift was waiting in the room -- such a wonderful gesture. I would definitely use this establishment again in the future.
